These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) apply to the services (the “Services”) provided by Strengths, Inc. dba Soar (“Soar,” “our,” or “we”) via soar.com (the “Site”) or any affiliated domains or services.
BY REGISTERING TO USE OR ACCESS THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT: (A) YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS; (B) YOU UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS; AND (C) YOU AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS.

On the condition that you comply with these Terms, Soar grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Services solely for the purpose of enabling you to use the Services in the manner permitted by these Terms.
Soar may review, improve, change, or discontinue the Services or any features at any time, with or without notice to you.
Soar provides subscription access to its Services at the prices set forth on the Services, paid in advance. If applicable fees are not paid, your access will be terminated until you pay. All payments must be made in U.S. Dollars by credit/debit card via an authorized payment processor.
You are solely responsible for your conduct with respect to the Services. You will not:
You may not upload, use, create, transmit, or make available any content that is illegal, harmful, obscene, defamatory, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
Soar reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms. All information, materials, and content within the Services (collectively “Soar Material”) are the property of Soar and are protected in all forms, media, and technologies.
Soar’s name, trademarks, logos, and other product or service names are property of Soar and may not be copied, imitated, or used without prior written consent.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding Soar or the Services will become the sole property of Soar. Soar will be entitled to unrestricted use of such feedback for any purpose without acknowledgment or compensation.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to create a text hyperlink to the Services, provided such link does not portray us in a false or defamatory manner.
Soar may suspend your license to access the Services or terminate these Terms at any time, with or without cause, immediately upon notice to you. You may terminate these Terms by cancelling your account through the Services.
